The Inovonics DCC5800 data concentrator and communicator collects data from TapWatch transmitters using either the FA403, in a Frequency Agile system, or the EN6540 receiver, in an EchoStream system. Using the TapWatch monitoring software, the DCC communicates with the billing service using a telephone modem, or with an onsite technician’s computer using a serial port.
