Submetering System
Submetering is a means to individually bill and recover costs associated with utility usage in multi-tenant commercial and residential properties. Not only can property owners recover their utility costs, but studies have shown a significant reduction in wasteful utility consumption by tenants who are billed for actual usage. Inovonics’ TapWatch submetering system is compatible with a wide variety of gas, electric and water meters providing property owners with many options for utility cost recovery.
